Tony Dinh is the Founder and a Senior Partner of Dinh Law Firm, PC, establish since 2002. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 2001, and is also a member of the bar in Federal Southern District of Texas.  He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston, and graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Degree in English Literature.

Since the founding of the firm, Tony has assumed the role of senior leadership in the areas of personal injury and immigration and international law, with thousands of hours as a chief litigator in both the Immigration Courts around country and Civil and Criminal District Courts in Texas.  As a part of his practice, Tony has represented clients from several different countries and regularly practices law before the United States Embassies and Consulates in North and South America, Europe, the Balkin States and Africa, to Southeast Asia and Australia.  He currently heads the firm’s administration of marketing and finance and is the chief litigator for major immigration proceedings.
